A raw AI element is not copyright-protected on its own. Real sources carry their own rights - a photograph its copyright, licensed material its licence, a model their consent. The final work - composition, development, refinement - is human work, transferred by the Contract.

Your materials - photographs, documents, logos, data - do not become part of any AI tool. I work with tools whose commercial terms prohibit the use of content for model development and training: your material serves your project only and does not appear in anyone else's results.
Sensitive materials - personal data subject to the GDPR, or any material you request - are processed locally, on my own computer. For work involving personal data we sign a data processing agreement (GDPR, Art. 28).

Yes. Tools with a commercial licence, chosen according to project risk - a city website, an EU project, a public campaign. For the highest-risk projects I choose tools whose makers offer legal protection of generated content alongside the licence.
Where needed, delivery includes a written confirmation: what was created and under which conditions.
From 2 August 2026, the EU AI Act (Art. 50) requires a visible label on realistic AI content at publication. The form is not strictly prescribed - a text note, a discreet mark or a label in the post description.
With me this is standard: with the delivery you receive instructions and an implementation proposal, adapted to the format and place of publication.
